Forms used for Cargo Clearances (import/export)

• C1 – Import Entry for Home use (goods imported for personal/commercial use)
• C2 – Export Entry (goods leaving the jurisdiction)
• C3 – Import Entry for Goods to be Warehoused (goods to be stored in bonded w/house)
• C4 – Transshipment Entry (goods transshipped thru and not remaining Cayman)
• C5 – Unaccompanied personal effects (persons taking up residence)
• Appointment of Agent Form (to be used when an importer is authorizing another person to clear goods for them)

• Aircraft Arrival / Departure Clearance form
• Passengers Customs Declaration form
• Articles taken abroad (as baggage) Registration form

Forms used at Sea Port Offices

• Ships Arrival Clearance form
• Ships Departure Clearance form
• Passenger Customs Declaration form
• Articles taken abroad (as baggage) Registration form

All forms listed above can be picked up at the respective Customs offices

Customs Bond forms

• Delivery of Goods Bond form (prior to duty payment)
• Temporary Importation Bond form
• Removal to Bonded Warehouse Bond form

All Bond Forms can be picked up at the Customs Administrative Offices in Grand Cayman & Cayman Brac

Appoint of Agent form

Appoint of Agent form for use when an importer is appointing an agent/broker to clear goods from Customs on their behalf
